Gilgit-Baltistan, Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab and Balochistan are likely to be affected.
Mountainous Areas Face Higher Risk
The National Emergencies Operation Centre (NEOC) warned that persistent rainfall could increase the danger of landslides and debris flows.
As a result, several mountainous areas have been placed on alert.
In Gilgit-Baltistan, Jaglot, Skardu, Shigar and Hussainabad are among the vulnerable areas.
Similarly, Muzaffarabad, Kel and Sharda in Azad Jammu and Kashmir also face risks.
In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Lower Chitral, Lower Kohistan, Abbottabad and Lora Gali have been identified as landslide-prone regions.

Rivers and Seasonal Streams May Overflow
Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is expected to witness rising water levels in seasonal streams.
In southern districts, flood surges are possible around the Gomal River.

Heavy rainfall could also trigger flash floods in Upper and Lower Kohistan, Battagram and Mansehra.
