National Karate Player Arzoo Haider Pass Away After Accident

A sad incident has left Pakistan’s sports community in mourning. National karate player Arzoo Haider Ali has passed away after suffering serious injuries in a road accident, according to Beyond Time News.

Accident Led to Critical Injuries

Arzoo Haider was injured last week after she fell from a scooty while traveling to participate in a karate championship at Ayub Sports Complex. The accident caused severe head injuries.

She was immediately shifted to a private hospital in Quetta, where doctors admitted her to the intensive care unit (ICU). Despite medical efforts, she could not recover and passed away on Wednesday.

Promising Sports Career

Arzoo Haider represented Balochistan in several national-level competitions. She earned both gold and silver medals at the National Games, making her one of the region’s promising young athletes in karate.

Her dedication to sports earned her respect among fellow players and coaches across the province.

Government Response and Support

Earlier this week, Balochistan Sports Secretary Durra Baloch visited the hospital on the instructions of Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti. He met Arzoo’s family and assured them of full government support for her treatment.

The sports department also stayed in contact with the family throughout her treatment and promised complete assistance during the difficult time.
