22 terrorists eliminated
In a joint intelligence-based operation, security forces killed 22 terrorists linked to Fitna Al-Khawarij, officials confirmed.
Both leaders appreciated the bravery and professionalism of the forces involved.
Firm stance against terrorism
The president and prime minister reaffirmed that Pakistan remains committed to eliminating terrorism completely from the country.
They said such operations will continue until lasting peace is achieved.
Condolences over civilian loss
Both leaders also expressed sorrow over the martyrdom of a 10-year-old child during the operation.
The prime minister strongly condemned the incident and extended condolences to the bereaved family.
