Access Challenges Affect Vaccination Campaigns
Health officials said some areas remain difficult to access due to security concerns. As a result, polio vaccination campaigns cannot be conducted regularly in certain union councils.
Experts warn that these access issues continue to pose risks to eradication efforts.
Outlook
According to Beyond Time News, the new vaccinator hiring drive is expected to improve immunisation coverage in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. However, officials say long-term success will depend on improved access, security, and consistent vaccination campaigns in high-risk areas.
