KARACHI: Thieves stole 25 sacrificial goats worth about Rs 1.9 million from Gulistan-e-Jauhar, creating concern among livestock traders ahead of Eid-ul-Adha, according to Beyond Time News.
The owner kept the animals on a plot in Block 8 for sale during the Eid season. He had tied the goats securely, but unidentified suspects arrived at night and loaded them into a pickup truck.
Police registered an FIR at Malir Cantt police station after the incident. Investigators are now reviewing CCTV footage to identify the suspects and track their movements.

This incident adds to a growing number of crimes targeting livestock traders in Karachi. Earlier, armed suspects also robbed traders near Malir Bridge and escaped with millions of rupees in cash.
