Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has sought a detailed report on the arrest and investigation of alleged drug dealer Anmol Pinky, ARY News reported on Thursday, citing official sources.
According to reports, the chief minister has requested complete details of the accused’s alleged network and all cases registered against her.
The Crime Control Department (CCD) in Lahore has launched an investigation and is reviewing the FIR to expand the probe.
Officials said Anmol Pinky may be shifted to Lahore for further legal proceedings in a case registered there.

Sources added that her brother, Riyaz, has already been arrested, while investigators believe both were allegedly involved in drug supply activities in Lahore.
Investigators have also summoned former police inspector Rana Ikram, reportedly the accused’s ex-husband, for questioning as part of efforts to trace the wider network.
The CCD said the investigation is ongoing to determine the full scope of the alleged drug trafficking operation.
