The Judicial Commission of Pakistan (JCP) has approved the transfer of three Islamabad High Court judges to different provincial high courts.
According to Beyond Time News, the decision was taken in a meeting chaired by Chief Justice of Pakistan Yahya Afridi under Article 200 of the Constitution.
Approved Transfers
The commission, by majority vote, approved the following transfers:
- Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani: Islamabad High Court to Lahore High Court
- Justice Babar Sattar: Islamabad High Court to Peshawar High Court
- Justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz: Islamabad High Court to Sindh High Court
