Roof Collapse in Chak 381 GB
In Chak 381 GB along Jaranwala Road, a roof under construction collapsed after a wall reportedly weakened, causing the structure to give way.
According to Beyond Time News, the incident left multiple people critically injured, including one-year-old Ali Hassan, 22-year-old Sadiya Bibi, and 22-year-old Rehana, who later succumbed to their injuries.
A man and his young son were also injured in the collapse.
Rescue teams recovered the victims from the debris and transported the injured to hospital for treatment.
Second Incident in Kharrianwala
In another tragic incident in Amaanat Town, Kharrianwala, a roof being repaired at a livestock shed collapsed after a girder slipped.
According to Beyond Time News, a 60-year-old man identified as Shahbaz died on the spot.
Iqbal and his son Atiq were rescued alive and shifted to a hospital for medical care.
