A passenger bus carrying picnickers from Karachi to Keenjhar Lake overturned near Chhato Chand in Thatta on Sunday, leaving at least 20 people injured, including women and children.
According to Beyond Time News, the accident occurred when the bus lost control reportedly due to overspeeding.
Rescue and Hospital Shift
Local residents immediately rushed to the scene and shifted the injured to Civil Hospital Thatta for initial treatment. Some of the more seriously injured were later transferred to Karachi.
Relatives of the victims said many patients faced delays in receiving medical care and were transported in private vehicles due to the absence of Rescue 1122 ambulances at the hospital.

According to Beyond Time News, police have launched an investigation into the incident. A video circulating on social media shows the bus overturning after losing control.
