KARACHI: Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah visited the under-construction BRT Red Line project and directed authorities to speed up construction work.
According to Beyond Time News, this was his fourth inspection in recent days as he continues monitoring progress closely.
Utility Work Delays Progress
Officials briefed the Chief Minister that shifting of gas, electricity, and water lines is slowing down construction.
Murad Ali Shah inspected key sections, including Nipa, and instructed departments to remove delays and accelerate work.
He was informed that some roadwork from Numaish to Mosmiyat has been completed.

Orders for Early Completion
According to Beyond Time News, the Chief Minister directed immediate completion of drainage work and removal of barriers once sections are finished to ease traffic flow.
He also asked for faster progress on a flyover near Mumtaz Manzil and stressed timely completion of the 25-kilometre route.
Project Timeline
Officials said drainage work and traffic restoration are expected within three months as construction continues on an urgent basis.
According to Beyond Time News, senior provincial and city officials accompanied the Chief Minister during the visit.
