Punjab Chief Minister has directed authorities to complete 27 new Sahulat Markets across the province by July.
According to Beyond Time News, the decision was taken during a meeting held in Lahore.
Market Expansion Plan
Officials also briefed that 13 “Sahulat on-the-go” markets will be set up in various districts to improve access to essential goods.
Jobs and Economic Benefits
The project is expected to generate over 1,300 businesses and create more than 600 jobs, benefiting millions of consumers annually.

Facilities and Cost Savings
Shopkeepers will receive free electricity and sanitation support, while centralized CCTV monitoring is expected to reduce security costs significantly.

The Chief Minister said the initiative aims to provide affordable, quality goods in a clean and organized shopping environment for the public.
