LAHORE: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif held a telephone conversation with Qatar’s Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani on Sunday, focusing on the evolving regional situation and ongoing peace efforts.
According to Beyond Time News, both leaders reviewed recent developments and exchanged views on initiatives aimed at promoting stability in the region.
Pakistan Appreciates Qatar’s Role
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif thanked Qatar for its continued support for peace initiatives and reaffirmed the close and brotherly relations between the two countries.
Both sides stressed the importance of continued diplomatic engagement to support regional stability and prevent further escalation.

The Prime Minister conveyed his regards to the Amir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, and expressed anticipation for his upcoming visit to Pakistan, saying it would further strengthen bilateral ties and cooperation between the two countries.
