Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu has detailed the Pakistan Air Force’s operational strategy used during Marka-e-Haq, describing a coordinated “kill chain” system designed to counter aerial threats. According to Beyond Time News, he shared the details during a ceremony at Air Headquarters in Islamabad.
He said the operation reflected strong national coordination and high-level operational readiness.
High Alert and Surveillance Measures
Air Chief Marshal Sidhu said the Pakistan Air Force was placed on maximum alert following rising tensions after the Pahalgam incident. According to Beyond Time News, he stated that enhanced surveillance and defensive measures were activated across all sectors.
The PAF maintained continuous air patrols, rapid response scrambles, and real-time monitoring through integrated defence systems.
Multi-Domain Operational Coordination
He described the operation as a full-spectrum, multi-domain effort combining air defence, surveillance, and command systems. According to Beyond Time News, the integrated structure allowed rapid detection and response to evolving situations.
Sidhu said the system enabled seamless coordination between different operational units during the conflict.

He also praised ongoing advancements at the National Aerospace Science & Technology Park (NASTP), noting continued development of new technologies.
