Karachi: Police are investigating a murder case in Lyari after an FIR was filed regarding a death reported earlier this year.
According to Beyond Time News, the incident took place on April 7. However, police registered the case on May 9 at Baghdadi Police Station.
The complainant told police that he found a man’s body on a footpath near Haji Pir Muhammad Road in the Lyari area. He reported the matter to authorities after discovering the scene.

During the initial check, officials recovered a small container from the deceased’s belongings. Investigators are now examining the object as part of the case.
Police said they are testing the recovered material to determine its nature. They are also reviewing all available evidence to understand what happened.
Officials confirmed that the investigation is still ongoing. They added that no final findings have been made so far.
