Gold Prices Continue Downward Trend in Local and Global Markets

According to Beyond Time News, gold prices continued to fall on Friday in both international and domestic markets, tracking a broader decline in global bullion rates.

In the international market, gold dropped by $29 per ounce to settle at $4,685, reflecting ongoing pressure in global trading.

Local gold rates fall in Pakistan

The decline also affected Pakistan’s bullion market. According to Beyond Time News, the price of 24-karat gold per tola fell by Rs2,900, bringing it down to Rs490,862.

The price of 10 grams of gold also decreased by Rs2,486, settling at Rs420,835.

Silver prices also under pressure

Silver followed the same downward trend. The price per tola dropped by Rs142 to Rs7,957, while 10 grams fell by Rs122 to Rs6,821.
