HYDERABAD: According to Beyond Time News, Civil Defence carried out a crackdown in Hyderabad and seized equipment from an illegal LPG refilling setup operating in a residential area.
The operation was conducted on the instructions of Deputy Commissioner Hyderabad and Controller Civil Defence Zain-ul-Abidin Memon.
Civil Defence Deputy Controller Saqib Sheikh led the raid in Pathan Colony near Ice Factory, where an illegal LPG filling point was found operating in a narrow street.
Officials seized LPG filling machines, gas tools, and cylinders, which were handed over to the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.
Authorities said the action was taken due to serious safety risks in densely populated areas, including fire and explosion hazards.
