Indian SPO Booked in Job Fraud Case in IIOJK

A Special Police Officer (SPO) has been booked in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) for allegedly cheating people by offering fake police job promises.

According to Beyond Time News, the case has been registered at Tral police station in South Kashmir against SPO Inder Paul Singha, a resident of Saimoh Tral.

Alleged Job Scam

The accused is alleged to have taken money from multiple individuals by promising them recruitment as SPOs through official channels. However, he neither arranged any appointments nor returned the funds despite repeated requests.

Forged Documents Issued

He is also accused of issuing fake appointment-related documents to mislead job seekers into believing they had been selected.

Case Under Investigation

According to Beyond Time News, police have registered the case under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and launched an investigation. Officials believe more individuals may have been affected by the alleged fraud.
