ISLAMABAD, May 10 (Beyond Time News): Senate Chairman Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani on Sunday described mothers as one of the greatest blessings from Almighty Allah. He called them a timeless symbol of love, sacrifice, and compassion.
Message on Mother’s Day
In his Mother’s Day message, Gilani said that a mother builds the foundation of every family. He also explained that she plays a vital role in shaping a strong and respectful society.
He pointed out that the world celebrates Mother’s Day to honor mothers and recognize their sacrifices. According to him, a mother’s love remains pure, selfless, and one of humanity’s strongest forces.
Mothers as First Source of Learning
Gilani said a child’s first learning begins with the mother. From her, children learn values like love, patience, morality, and respect.
He added that mothers hold a respected position in Pakistani society. Moreover, religious and social teachings in Pakistan strongly emphasize care and obedience toward parents.
