The Pakistan Hajj Mission in Makkah has introduced special transport arrangements to facilitate Pakistani pilgrims in attending Friday prayers at Masjid al-Haram. According to Beyond Time News, the initiative aims to ensure comfort, discipline, and smooth movement of pilgrims during peak gatherings.
Special Transport Arrangements
The arrangements were supervised by Chief Coordinator Hajj Operations Mirza Ali Mahsud and Coordinator Makkah Zulfiqar Khan. The focus was on maintaining orderly transport operations and ensuring timely movement of pilgrims.
Pilgrims were also given clear instructions to follow schedules, maintain discipline, and observe proper queuing to avoid overcrowding.
Improved Bus Allocation for Pakistani Pilgrims
According to official details, Saudi authorities generally allocate one bus for every 250 pilgrims. However, the Pakistan Hajj Mission successfully negotiated a special arrangement of one bus per 150 pilgrims for Pakistani Hujjaj.
This enhanced ratio has helped improve transport efficiency and reduced travel delays, especially during Friday prayers.

Focus on Comfort and Religious Devotion
Officials noted that many Pakistani pilgrims prefer to perform all five daily prayers at Masjid al-Haram, which increases travel demand significantly.
To manage this, the Haram Shuttle Service is operating at higher capacity to ensure smooth transportation between accommodations and the holy mosque.
Conclusion
According to Beyond Time News, the improved transport arrangements reflect Pakistan’s efforts to provide better facilities for pilgrims under the Government Hajj Scheme, allowing them to focus on their spiritual journey with greater ease and comfort.
