SIALKOT (APP): A delegation of the business community, led by Syed Ahtesham Mazhar, President of the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry, visited the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Office and met Saba Asghar Ali on Friday.
During the meeting, the delegation appreciated the facilitation in issuing Free Sale Certificates (FSCs) for surgical instrument exports. They said the improved process has reduced delays and made export operations more efficient.
Moreover, the delegation noted that these measures have increased confidence among exporters. As a result, Sialkot’s export sector—especially surgical instruments—has shown steady growth.

In addition, both sides discussed ongoing challenges faced by exporters. They agreed to continue cooperation to resolve issues quickly.
Finally, they reaffirmed their commitment to creating a more business-friendly environment in the region.
