Islamabad (IIOJK): A tragic fire incident at a seminary in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir has left one student dead and four others injured during the intervening night of Monday and Tuesday.
Fire Breaks Out at Seminary in Old Mattan Adda
According to Beyond Time News, the fire erupted around 1:30 am at Darul Aloom Baba Hydari Reshi located in the Old Mattan Adda area of Islamabad district, triggering panic among students residing in the building.
Fire and Emergency Services teams, along with local residents, rushed to the scene and launched rescue and firefighting operations.
One Student Dead, Four Injured
Several students were safely evacuated from the seminary, helping prevent a larger tragedy. However, a 15-year-old student identified as Bilal Ahamed from the Warden area sustained critical burn injuries and later died.
Four other students were injured in the incident and shifted to a nearby hospital, where doctors said their condition is stable.

Investigation Underway
Locals have raised concerns over the cause of the fire, with some not ruling out foul play. Police have registered a case and initiated an investigation to determine the exact reason behind the blaze.
