Islamabad: All Parties Hurriyat Conference Azad Jammu and Kashmir (APHC-AJK) Convener Ghulam Muhammad Safi has reiterated that the Kashmiri people’s right to self-determination is non-negotiable and must be resolved in line with United Nations resolutions.
