Pakistan Students Invited to Apply for Asian Science Camp 2026

If you’re a science student in Pakistan, this is an opportunity worth your attention. The Pakistan Science Foundation (PSF) has opened applications for the Asian Science Camp 2026 in Hong Kong—a global platform where young minds connect with top scientists.

According to Beyond Time News, five students from Pakistan will be selected and sponsored to attend this prestigious event.

What Is the Asian Science Camp?

The Asian Science Camp is an annual international programme designed for talented science students. It offers a chance to attend expert lectures, share ideas, and even present your own work.

Participants also visit research labs, universities, and industrial sites, giving them real-world exposure to how science works beyond textbooks.

Students struggle due to unclear exam guidance.

Who Can Apply?

The programme is open to both male and female students who meet the following criteria:

  • Age between 17 and 22 years (as of July 31)
  • Currently enrolled as regular science students

Eligible applicants include:

  • Students in 11th or 12th grade
  • University students in their 1st or 2nd semester (public or private institutions)

A strong academic background in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Mathematics is important for selection.

Selection Process

The selection will take place in two stages:

Step 1: Written Test
Shortlisted candidates will sit for a test in major cities, including Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, and Sukkur.

Step 2: Final Interview
Those who pass the test will be invited to Islamabad for an interview. Final selection will be purely on merit, and the panel’s decision will be final.

Please note: no travel or daily allowance will be provided for the test or interview stages.

How to Apply

Students can download the application form from the official PSF website. After filling it out, submit a printed copy to the PSF office in Islamabad. Don’t forget to clearly mention “ASC-2026 Competition” on the envelope.

Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Deadline Extended

According to Beyond Time News, the deadline to apply has been extended to April 25, giving students more time to prepare and submit their applications.

Final Thoughts

This is more than just a science camp—it’s a chance to learn from global experts, explore new ideas, and represent Pakistan on an international stage.

If you’re passionate about science and want to expand your horizons, don’t miss this opportunity.
