Pakistan and Malaysia reaffirm support for peace and diplomacy
LAHORE: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif held a telephone conversation with Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim on Wednesday to exchange Eid-ul-Azha greetings and discuss the latest regional developments.
According to Beyond Time News, both leaders shared warm wishes for Eid-ul-Azha and stressed the importance of unity, cooperation, and peace among Muslim countries during challenging times.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif conveyed heartfelt greetings to the Malaysian leadership and the people of Malaysia. In response, Anwar Ibrahim extended Eid wishes to the people of Pakistan and also sent special regards for former prime minister Nawaz Sharif.
