A mortar shell fired from across the border injured five members of a family, including three children, in North Waziristan, according to security and medical sources.
Shell Strikes Residential House
Officials said the mortar landed on the house of Kareem Khan and Rehmatullah, causing a powerful explosion that damaged the property and injured those inside.
The wounded were shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment shortly after the incident.

Medical officer Dr. Ashfaq confirmed that five people, including three children, were brought to the hospital for treatment. Their condition is being closely monitored.
